The 1st Session of the 1st CAMT e-Commerce Committee Council meeting held in Shanghai

The session was presided by Chen Leiming(the Vice President and Secretary General of CAMT, Executive Chairman of the e-Commerce Committee), more than 60 delegates from Co-chairman members (Ouyeel e-Commerce, Minmetals Alibaba, Tewoo Bulk, Xiben New Line Stock), Vice-chairman memberss (Metallurgical Planning Institute, Hebei Jinggye, DDMG.com, Tianjin Youfa, Hangzhou Goldensoft System Co., Ltd., WISCO River North Group Co.,Ltd., Lange e-Commerce, zgw.com, China Cloud Technology e-Commerce, Shanghai Yuanzhao Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., Henan Taogang e-Commerce), members of the standing Council, Council members also joint the meeting.

The session deliberated on and approved the Decision on Change of (supplementary) Chairman members, co-chairman members, council members.
The session agreed Qian Jianxing(Senior Vice President of Ouyeel e-Commerce) take over Hu Yuliang as Chairman of the e-Commerce Committee.
The session take Shanghai Yuanzhao Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. , Henan Taogang e-Commerce and China Cloud Technology e-Commerce as co-chairman memberss.
The session take Li Xinyuan (General Manager of Shanghai Yuanzhao Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd.), Tian Huibin (President of Henan Taogang e-Commerce), Wang Yijian (Cheif Anlyst and Bussiness Partner of China Cloud Technology e-Commerce) as deputy chairmen.
Wang Yijian no longer as Deputy Secretary General.
Qian Jianxing(Senior Vice President of Ouyeel e-Commerce), Lu Bin(Depty Director of Project Management Office of Minmetals Alibaba), Liu Yang(Deputy General Manager of Xiben New Line Stock) and Bo Keduo(Megadata Center Manager of Tewoo Bulk) made speeches at the session as represtive from co-chairman members. They gave credit to the works the e-Commer Committee has done since its found half year ago, and gave advise on the development of the e-Commece Committee.
Delegates discussed about the problems in e-commerce development, also gave advice on e-Commerce Committee development and serivce improvement.

All Committee members should well informed about the role played in the industry development.

All Committee members should learn to take advantage of the platform and resource of e-Commerce Committee.

According to the e-Commerce Committee regulation, any changes of leadership of the e-Commerce Committee should report to CAMT standing council after the session, and reveal to public upon approval.
