On August 14-15, 2019, the 2019 National Symposium on Building Reinforcement Production Technology, hosted by The Chinese Society for Metals, was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi. Li Yan, deputy secretary-general of CAMT and vice president of the Rebar Branch, was invited to participate in the conference and gave a keynote speech titled High Standards for Constructing New Business Forms for Rebar Processing.
